"It's About How You LIVE"
The San Diego County Coalition for Improving End-of-Life Care is hosting a community forum to explore how you can help make your last months among your best months, and how you can live your last days knowing that your loved ones are at peace with your decisions. Too often critical decisions about health care, finances, relationships, and faith are made in crisis situations. Individuals need to talk about these issues now, before a crisis, to ensure that conflict about end-of-life treatment decisions doesn't happen to your family.
This event will be held at the Balboa Park Club Santa Fe Room (2150 Pan American Way). Seating is limited so please come early. To learn more about the LIVE campaign or the coalition call 858-635-1224.
